Smart Meters

From the Star Telegram:  Lawsuit, investigation are testing claims about Oncor Smart Meters.

If you have a Smart Meter at home, did you notice a spike in your monthly bill?  We're also curious about Oncor bringing in its own meters for side-by-side testing at customer's homes... sounds like an interesting "comparison," substituting a completely different meter to test the one already on someone's property.
