Description:

As of today, I have only received one job assignment when it comes to Labor Ready and I have worked for Labor Ready since the very first day of July. Whenever I read Labor Ready the Riot Act, they tell me some foolishness about Best Match Dispatch. The phrase " Best Match Dispatch " signifies that every job goes to the most qualified employee. I can understand this to a degree. I just think that I should have received more job assignments, if Labor Ready truly respected me as one of their employees. I accuse them of dishonesty because feel that this " Best Match Dispatch " nonsense is just that, nonsense , pure nonsense.

Why don't you find out what the official criteria is for that program? It should be documented somewhere, shouldn't it?

Then, if you understand the criteria and rating systems/policies well, and you suspect that someone was unfairly given the job instead of you, you may be able to challenge the decision.

Of course, if your attitude is rotten, then it may just be the employers who don't want you -- I wouldn't want to hire someone with a bad attitude because it will reflect poorly on the company with other employees internally, and possibly also third parties who deal with the company (e.g., customers, vendors, etc.).
