In 1999 i sold my Flooring business - Standard Interiors - to three individuals. Robert Jack Turville, Jordan Bangerter and Andrew Thompson. They immediately defaulted at closing with a check that my Attorney advised me to accept in the amount of $40,000.00.

The breach of the contract was committed and the battle began. Over the course of the next year the partners took out of the business over $500,000.00 of which they never paid their debt to me. The court case was set for Feb 2002 during the same time the Winter Olympics in UT.

After prevailing in court, the individuals immediately sought out bankruptcy for protection. Andrew Thompson was able to slide through the cracks unscathed, unfortunately. However during the court proceedings his wife was very interested to learn that his intention was to leave her so he wanted to hide the information that he was a partner at all.

Jordan Bangerter threatened to file. We challenged that with his personal guarantee to pierce the corporate veil of his Fathers empire (Norm Bangerter) and a settlement was made with Jordan.

Robert Jack Turville.... well that continues today. The lawsuit is still ongoing with me owning the house with his wife. He tried to bankrupt - courts overturned that, he has supposedly been out of work since 1999 albiet living in a 5700 sq ft home and his wife Lisa making $10.00 per hour. I have the rights to sell the home but Rob has continued to interfere to the point that now the economy has caused a home once valued at over $600K to slump to the low 300's.

He was the mastermind behind the purchase. He stole the business from me. He wrote the check on an account that was never opened. Under oath in a court of Law he testified that he knowingly knew what he was doing and that he was advised by an attorney to write such a check. He was arrested on a Sunday outside of his church's ward and brought to stand before the DA. The lead Investigator was positive we would get a conviction for that large of an amount, the VP of the bank was there to testify regarding the transaction, and we get called into the room before the judge and poof! the DA claims there is not enough evidence to prosecute. Im thinking a favor was called in by the Governor?

Rob was sent on his mission by the past Governer Norm Bangerter, along with the Jordan Bangerter. Rob transferred some of his assets back to Bangerter to eliminate having to pay his debt to me for the purchase of my business. Rob has continued to lie to his wife and other business partners to steal and steal and manipulate then steal some more for his gain to the Senate... as he has claimed he wants to achieve.

After over $600,000.00 in legal fees and receiving but a small portin back in settlement fees, I have run out of options. I seen this on Cheaters.com and was hoping that you could provide for me some resolve to this matter once and for all... if for nothing less than exposing this scum to the rest of the world and definately eliminate any hope of him getting to the Senate with the help of the past Governer.

The story is entailed certainly and this is but the immediate for your consideration. I promise it would be worthwhile to expose the corruption that is taking place in SLC UT and inside of the LDS Church.
