So where to start.... I moved into a mobile home on Pebbles Lane in waco/china spring in July 2011
the first night i stayed there with my husband and 3 small children my a/c went out.. this is when the weather was in the 110's! I called them that morning and they said they were busy and would get someone out at some point they then told me i could use box fans to cool my house... WOW thats a great idea lets circulate the 115 degree heat!! So anyways they sent out 3 different people who didnt know what they were doing so it took 2 weeks for them to fix it I offered to have it fixed myself and them to knock the amount off of my rent and they told me no.. And they still made me full amount of rent even though for 2 weeks we could not live there... THEN my septic backed up and was coming up the bathtub i called and once again they were SLOW to respond when they did some the guy shook the pipe at the top of the septic and told me "Its fixed" well needless to say it never was fixed!!! We had termites that the refused to get rid of. Also i called them about my septic not having a lid on it and it was VERY UNSAFE for my children the hole was plenty big enough for them to fall into,they finally put a lid on it 2 weeks before i moved out!!! IF YOU ARE SMART DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE TERRIBLE SLUMLORDS AND HAVE NO REGARD FOR ANYONE BUT THEMSELF!!! IF YOU DO HAVE TO RENT FROM THEM I AM SOOOOOOO SORRY IN ADVANCE AND YOU WILL SOON UNDERSTAND ALL OF MY COMPLAINTS!!
