I manage a pain management practice and unfortunately I often have to give patients the unhappy news---that they owe us money. A patient posted this review, including my name on yahoo locals. They posted as user "M." Of course, I know who this person is, but their email address is not shown on the posting. I have complained to yahoo on 2 different occasions and have only gotten a canned response saying they would research it. I can not get a person on the phone at yahoo and I want to have this listing removed. It's slanderous. Here is the posting (I copied it, so it is word for word, exactly as posted):

I have to say that Dr. Cable is a good doctor and the nurses are nice and were always polite to me when I came into the office. However, Lynn, the woman who handles the insurance in that office is the most rude, hateful and incompetent person I have ever had to deal with when it comes to handling insurance claims. I have been to countless doctors and while some of the doctors were no where near as exceptional as Dr. Cable most certainly is, I have never been treated with such disrespect and down right nastiness by an office staff member. Dr. Cable's knowledge and skills are incomparable. However, due to the outrageous, abhorrent, and down right spiteful treatment I received from this woman while being a patient, I was forced to seek out another doctor.
