this woman has been harassing me for 3 yrs via internet/phone. what legal rights do i have other then changing phone numbers to get rid of her constant interference? she also has posted nasty things bout me on a consumer site this is suppose to be used for products....NOT PERSONAL disatisfaction. PLEASEEEEEEEEE HELP!!!!!

Brenda My exwife has said nothing about you thats not true. you are not married to Sam. Dawn calling his house because he told her she could. It's not your house or your phone. you have spent way to much time in the bars.so your thinking is way off. they were friends way be for you moved in. You know they talk about God. You just can't stand that she is telling him the truth . this can all be proved in court.
he is right...you need to gt a laywer involved...i have a similar sitution but it was from a shrink....they say its nothing they can do

Gather your proof, and speak with a lawyer. For those who engage in slander and/or libel, a "cease and desist" letter from a lawyer can convince them to stop.
A good lawyer will explain what your options are should the slander/libel continue after such a letter is delivered, or if sending the letter is even appropriate in the first place.
Bamberdoo2 real name is Brenda Jetal Jordan she is a known Bar whore from homer NY . She moved to Pennsauken NJ with a man that had to be drunck to bring her home with him.
