Went to Nicks house to use his phone to call my mom for my little sister because our phone shut off.. Nick was a friend of the family and lived 4 houses down.. Nick was hesitating giving me the phone and said to watch a movie with him.. ect... ect... He threw me down hit my head on the bed and he had his way... we went to the police, police said they knew he was lying because he even laughed about it.. but there was not enough evidence....
