Description:
I am sick and tired of people coming into the hospital where I work with their hands out. They now feel entitled to EVERYTHING! I have to put up with their "ghetto slang", the women having their 7th or 8th baby and with Medicaid or NO insurance, and the horrible taste of clothing! If you are in a women's hospital, where there are professional people and CLEAN people, I think that you should have to at least wear shoes! Nasty ass women and their men! I am sick of you! Get a life and close your legs!

WOW-You must have beeb to or was refferring to Parkland Hospital of Dallas. I do konw that they have great Doctors there and also know the many types of people that go there for medical treatment.
Many, I mean MANY are the GHETTO SLANG SPEAKING IGNORANT PEOPLE of Dallas. Most every Country, State, City and Town has there share of these POOR LOSERS.
Few can not help it, but many can and more can change it. I feel that it starts with proper home education, proper schooling, proper parenting and proper Governing.
I believe that all young people should have to take an APTITUDE TEST among other tests before ANYONE boy or girl, men or women has even one child.
Why do most big politicians do nothing to prevent over population (Ignorant people having Government Babies)(Kids having Kids)? The Big Polititions know that to put anything in place to stop or curb this issue will be directed toward who else (The so-called minorities). And NO POLITICIAN will subject themselves to that, besides most Big Politicians have never lived near, or even seen what we see daily.
Well if I had my way after they had 2 babies at tax-payers expense they would not be able to have any more. If you can not take care of a child financially, emotionally, and physically you should not be able to have children. It is time that the poor of this country are held accountable for their lack of action and learn that some rights you must EARN and be able to AFFORD YOURSELF. After two children are fathered or mothered by someone that can not take care of them properly on their own those people should be fixed to make sure it never happens again!
I'm also frustrated with all the efforts focused on poor people in other countries, with volunteers who spend a lot of money on air travel to those places, and yet homeless people get to continue to starve while these wasted resources that get shipped off at great expense -- the values are misplaced because a lot more focus should be on helping local people.
In addition to that, the duty of a government is to protect its people, and the minimal parts of this include ensuring that every citizen has basic levels of food, shelter, clothing, and public safety. The fact that so many homeless people are stranded on the streets, year-after-year, is a clear indication that the government is not succeeding in its fundamental duty to protect.
The hospitals tend to be one of many extensions of this basic requirement. It's unfortunate that this makes the work environment uncomfortable, but perhaps there are some local community groups in your area that might be able to help at least a few of these people? I suggest you also consider contacting your local politicians and ask them to stop ignoring these poor people.
