It began in 1998-purchased mobile home and property in Santa Fe New Mexico as a lot home package...Mortgage. Within months realized that property was an undisclosed unlawfill landfill. Began own investigating which led to more and more facts revealed that this was a property sold under the table at the county level, with then county commissioner, and senators. The well water was "bad" almost killed my two youngest children, note almost here has led to my inability to ever obtain an attorney on this issue...go figure, if your dead your life is more important. Years pass, eventually after being harrassed, threatened by unknown callers etc. was able to just get money back on property, put money into mortgage, and used the rest to move home to a wonderful peice of property in Roswell, New Mexico...Backin up a schosh, when I perm,ited mobile home for move I had to pay all property tax etc. out of pocket. In six years I had never received a tax bill from santa fe county...Move home here and Vanderbilt suddenly wants more money per month this is 06 I complied sending sometimes in excess of 100 more a month without documentation...after one year of this, I said well, I give come get it I am not paying anymore on this without knowing what I am paying for and they began forclosure, I have documents, I have pleadings from all courts, in which I have proof that I never had an escrow account, taxes were due, and
Vanderbilts explaintion to me for increases in a fixed mortgage due to property tax was proven by me to be false...They then tried to say it was for homeowners...then back to property tax...In almost ten years of research and fighting with this fraudlent company, thru my ipra requests to santa fe county where this nightmare began, There are no records of myself ever owning anything there, no mortgage, no tax bills, no papertrail of anything...It has always remained in the sellers name with his address and it is ficticious...I closed at a now state senators title company which is now still run by him but name has changed...hmmmm wonder why, in contacting this closing company which are required to retain documents, there are no closing records ever for myself, this mortgage never exsisted period. Alas, run thru the foul system, through district court, through the appeals court, and finally through federal court through a bankcruptcy, I've lost everything...foreclosure occured, even though Vanderbilt has never produced valid mortgage papers, all titles and applications for on the mobile home are forged, and have incorrect information, such as my bday being 1901, and the address for the location of mobile home are that of the original land seller and is a real estate company...I never had a fair hearing, nor did any judge look at the evidence that I had...I have read numerous stories like mine, and Vanderbilt needs to be stopped...By the way Vanderbilt pays the state of new mexico to play here...does only myself see here what is going on? So now, Im homeless, with 5 children, and three crates of 10 years of research documentation, and evidence to put this company and state and county agencies here on a tow rope...i stand with nothing left, Where is the justice?
