My family and I went to Fuddruckers for dinner on a Saturday night. This dinner was a reward for my autistic son. We went in there and ordered our food... few minutes later waitress came over and said our debit card was declined. We asked her to swipe it again... Emediately she told us it was again declined. So we left. On Monday I was checking my bank statement and knoticed a decrepency of $55. Called the bank...found out that Fuddruckers did charge our account after we left...So we were billed for a meal we never got. Because of the descrepency our bank froze our account. It took 3 days for Fuddruckers to fix the problem. The manager said that it was our problem not thiers. I asked the manager could it have been an electronic error on thier part and he said yes but we was not going ot do anything about it. And hung up on us... I called corporate and they told me that something would be done...2 months later I still havent heard anything.

Maybe that is why 2 of the Fuddruckers in my area are no longer operational.
