Description:
I purchased a car from Lee Pontiac in Crestview, FL. Me along with 3 others noticed and discussed that the vehicle has brand new tires. While doing the paperwork, they said they were prepping the car and ACTUALLY CHANGED THE TIRES TO SOME OLD WORN-OUT ONES !!!! I didn't notice because it was raining and I just jumped in the car. When I called to try and get it resolved, they called me a liar!

Contact your local BBB and submit a complaint. If they're pulling nonsense like this on you, chances are that they're mistreating others in the same manner, and there may be other complaints on their file to this effect (which could be helpful in you getting a resolution).
In the future, whenever something specific like "new tires" is agreed to verbally, make sure that you also write it on the contract. If they need to "prepare the car" further, then don't sign until AFTER this is completed. Whenever the vehicle is out of your sight, you'll need to check it over again.
