I have been going to this company for laser hair removal for a few years now. I was told in the beginning that it will take 6-8 treatments. This was told to me by the certified doctor they had behind the laser. She went over the area several times every visit and it started to seem like the hair was going away. They then switched to another doctor. This lady would go over the area within 10-15 seconds and tell me I'm done. I would then tell her nearly every time that she missed spots. I thought that maybe it will take several more treatments but then remembering what I was told in the beginning (a few years ago) that it shouldn't take this long. I purchased a package of treatments (they said in 12/2009) and they said I can't have my money back even though this "doctor" hasn't done what is supposed to be done. I've talked to other doctors about this and they all say it shouldn't take this long. This company will offer cheap packages to real you in but then hardly do anything to really help the customer. You give them the money and they refuse to help you. I'd rather go to another company or not do anything at all than go back to this company.
