My mother has kidnapped my daughter! Prior to me marrying my Husband, I was a single mom working two full time jobs at odd hours of the night, and living with my parent, and while I was working My mother was watching my daughter. I married on August of 2009, but prior to me marrying my husband, daughter, and I were all living together in an apartment. Due to a high risk pregnancy and complications we moved into my parents home. On May 10, 2010 she picked a fight with me and had my Husband, my newborn son, and I removed from her residence by obtaining a retraining order on May 6, 2010. Because she filed the order on the 6th of May, she had to do something to validate it. She then picked my daughter up from school and kept her from me. She has "legally" kidnapped my daughter, I am HER mother and never gave her to anyone. We tried several times to obtain my daughter threw the legal system, but they have failed to do so in a timely manner. My mother along with a Corrupt Houston Police Officer has been telling lies and lies to the courts, police officers, and to family members by saying I adbondon her there when in fact on May 6th My husband and I were living there. She and him have been speaking with a lawyer, several times before May 10th, and I have to phone records to prove it... Til this day I have not been able to obtain my daughter or have reasonable contact with her, and the justice system is not helping.
