I moved into my apartment 4 yrs ago with my daughter. About a year after moving here the three women named have been harassing my child. Calling her horrific names, pushing her down, attempting to scare her, they have more recently broken into my home while we were at home and were screaming profanities as well as threatening her and I. These people are horrible people who not only harass others but beat each other up as well. They have young children who are often put into the middle of their chaos. These people have shot my car with paint balls, as well as keying my car. They throw food and trash at my door and car. They tell their older child who is 8 to hit my child and call her profanity. I tried to get a restraining order but was unable to since I never lived w/ these people or was in a relationship w/them. I have made over fifty police reports and the police have been out here many times. The police never do anything besides warn them to stay away. One of these girls have attached one of my guests while she was 6 months pregnant and that girl did not go to jail. They call my daughter racial slurs referring to her as black but in the worst way possible. but my child isn't even black she is native American not that it matters either way. I am at wits end with these evil people and I don't even know why they are doing this. They don't know us and we have never done anything to anyone. We are quiet respectful people and we mind our own business, I have never dealt with anyone like this before and I don't know what else I can do. Why aren't the police doing their jobs, why can't my managers evict these people, they want to but say it takes more than all that has happened to do so. I don't get it. I would just like these people to think about the way they are treating a child and why they would get excitement out of it.

That is horrible no one should be putting their hands on your child.I have bad neighbors also I just posted my Noisy Neighbors comment.
My suggestion to you is 1. Move out. I realize this is easier said then done. If that is not possible, I suggest 2. Record everything that you can. Use a video camera or your cell phone video - if have one, borrow a video camera, something. Get it on tape. If that's not possible, use a recording device and record what they say to your child. 3. Write down everything! Get a notebook, dedicate it strictly to document what these people are saying and doing. Gather as much evidence as you can. Then go to the police. They cannot and will not turn their backs when there is a history of abuse. I'm sorry this is happening to you. I wish you the best of luck.
Thanks for your comment and advice, though I have done these things. I have a log and have kept very detailed info in that log. Before my video cam broke, I had recorded three events. The prob with the video is that there is a small wood fence that separates us from them. (the fence is on my back porch) so in order for me to tape them they would have to not know that I was present, so I would sit behind my fence and tape them speaking as well as try to get physical evidence of them through a small gap in the fence. The police have gone over all of this and say pretty much that they seem to be horrible people and they will warn them, but there is nothing else they can do because they live here too. I do not have the ability to move. I am a single disabled mother and I do not make enough money to do so at this time.
