My friendly neighbor, Paulio, it his nickname, last May 2009, he offered to help me in my house with my groceries. It was a Friday night in May and his family was at the front of the house while he was at the back of the house.He offered to help me with my Wal-Mart groceries and I was tired and I told him yes, he can help me but he will need to leave. He took the groceries upstairs and the next thing I know he was pinning me on my kitchen table, face down, trying to grab my bottoms.I told him to stop. He at that time had his penis out and it was big and he was trying to force himself inside of me. I told him to stop. He is like 6"2 and he is big built. I told him to leave or I would call the police. He told me that this was hi secret as he did not want his girlfriend Jaime to find out about this.He lived 2 doors down from me. He left and all I could barely do was to keep it together. I did not know what to do and I should have called the police. I did call the police a week later and the police came up out a neighbor disturbance as I saw him and sreamed for him to stay away from me. His girlfriend wanted to know what the hell was going on. The Philadelphia Police came and they never did anything, they wrote the police report incorrectly and I had to go down to the Special Victims Unit and I spoke to this pig Detective who refused to push the charge of attempted sexual assualt with the district attorney. I had to live with this creep and then him and Jaime moved two doors down from me as he hat set the basement on fire and the landlord had told him to move out. He still refuses to this day own up to what he did to me and he has done this to two other woman who lived on the street. None, of these woman had the balls to call the police. I did, and were did I get. All of our neighbors thought I was nuts because I would not go outside nor talk to them. Recently his girlfriend had a baby and he is working at Desimone Susuki, in Philadelphia as a mechanic. I have warned allot of my neighbors about this scumbag. He even lit off fireworks the night that I moved out. He thought I would just die and go away. I feel so warned to tell all of the women who live on the 3200 Wellington Street to be warned and do not take your care to this dealership for fear of being sexually assualted.
