FRED STROTHMAN,
Description:
It is nice to have new buisnesses in town but look who and how it is being achived. An x judge who we know is already sue happy, proven by his winery sueing liquor stores. He braggs about how fast he turned this project over but on the other hand he has not paid his contractors their complete bills. In this economy its not a help to have a new buisness and not pay the ones who got him here. He bought cheep vodka to mix his own liquor and slap his lable on. How is it that crooks are held in the light while people who worked for him struggle to keep food on the table.
Happy Holidays Scrooge Strothman

If you can prove that you've done the work, then the option of going through small claims court to get paid is always a valid low-cost option worth considering.
To make sure you have a case that's worth putting this effort into, I highly recommend that you consult a lawyer first who is willing to review your facts and evidence with you.

A federal antitrust lawsuit accuses a group of Colorado liquor retailers of threatening an illegal boycott that put a cork on a Western Slope winery's boutique tasting shop at a City Market in Vail.
Fred Strothman, chief executive officer of Confre Cellars Inc., said the Vail City Market wine shop closed two months after its January opening - a victim of a ``conspiracy'' campaign in which liquor store owners threatened to strip their shelves of all Colorado wines whose wineries did business with Confre.
Defendants' threats caused ``a great deal of fear and panic among Colorado wineries who depend on the retail …

Sep. 27--GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.--Wine and liquor aren't mixing well in Colorado these days.
In a legal fight that could pinch sales potential for Colorado's wine industry, some of the state's largest liquor retailers and distributors are challenging the constitutionality of the state law that allows Colorado wineries to have tasting rooms in locations outside of wineries.
The liquor sellers claim that Colorado's limited-winery statute violates federal interstate commerce laws because it gives Colorado wineries an unfair advantage over out-of-state wineries. Under the law, Colorado …
