Description:
The state of Indiana create driver license numbers illegally off of out of state driver licenses.They then suspend that license so as to illegally extort reinstatement fees of a record that were created in violation of federal law.They then deny you a trial and defame your character.

You need to talk to a lawyer. Try to find one who used to work for an Attourney General's office (preferably a local one) because they will likely have more specialized experience in dealing with matters such as this.
