for 5 years we have had to endure these foul people who live next door. they refuse to cut the trees in thier backyard. the trees costantly drop mullberrys,leaves and branches into our pool and drain.(bird droppings too) we have had to replace our pool 3 seprate times and have had to have our drain attented to by a drain cleaning service. these toads sent someone over to threaten me when we sent them a letter that asked them to either take care of these problems or we would sue. after this our tires were slashed on both my wife and my vehicle at a cost of $1000.00 usd. we have called every agency there is to call, police,city hall,enforcement. we are now talking to L&I and we seem to be getting the run around. It's as if these cretins have all the rights and we have none. the bushes in the front yard have taken over half of our yard and the afore mentioned trees have grown not only into the side of my house but also to the home on the other side of us. they throw dead mice out of the front door and the smell that comes out of their could gag a maggot. can you help us PLEASE!!!!
