Ive had a court proceeding against me for idenity theft and violation of a order of protection pend ing against me since may2009. I didnt steal no ones idenity and i dont even know who the complainant is my point being the system has felt me more ways than one and the one that was mentioned in court thé judge overlooked. The day the complainant filed this false police report on june 16 i was in a meeting with my lawyers supervisor so i couldnt have been at her door i was falsely arrested denied to call my lawyer denied a phone called and she(jennifer diaollo)lied to make a strong case against me.Im witnessing my past being brought up my last arrest was in 1997 im a loving wife and mother i was 19 years old my past changed me.Im not sure what to do anymore it saddens to know the distirict attorney heard my lawyers statement and didnt say anything.the legal system has felt me yet once again.I NEED HELP!
