El dorado county dcss filed a judgement against me for support even after the department addmitted I had never been served! After speaking to several attorneys I was told this happens to fathers everyday and nothing can be done without thousands spent. I have only been seperated for 1 yr and have no problems supporting my son, however I was denied my day in court ! Also since they claim they served me in 8/09 I owe months of back support. My last pay check was $76...remember I'm not a deadbeatdad! The named individuals each claimed it was a data entry error, but filed a default judgement anyway!
