I signed up to get 1 year of Direct TV for 29.95 a month. I ended up paying over 70.00 a month for 4 months. When I asked them why I did not get what was promised they told me it was due to rebates not yet being applied. At that point I feel they had breached the contract and told them I did not want to do business with them. They have since sent me a bill for 520.78 via a collection agency. The truth is that they should be paying me for harrasment and false advertising,plus credit for those months I paid full price.
