THIS STORY IS NOT AN EXAGGERATION, IT CAN BE VERIFIED, AND, IT CAN AND HAS HAPPENED TO THOSE WHO THOUGHT THEIR ATTORNEY WAS WORKING FOR THEM BUT DIDN'T NOT KNOW HOW THE COURTS REALLY WORK!

For more than 14 years I am seeking justice in the Collier County Courts of Naples, Florida, the very corrupt town that Rick Scott (the man who'd stolen millions from Florida's health care system), is running for State Governor and lives in. I discovered that the amount of criminal activity at every level of public service in the entire county is nothing less than that of epidemic proportions.

It began with what should have been an ordinary, but contested divorce. However, State and county officials joined in a conspiracy to obstruct justice and conceal forged documents because an attorney by the name of Marjorie Jean Rawson forged the name of Judge Franklin G. Baker on documents purporting to be a court order that he'd refused her at a hearing on April 22, 1996, in case No 95-4502-CA-01. However, they were concealed by someone filing them in a different case file under a title that had nothing to do with the order they purported to to represent. When I learned of the forged documents I was immediately harassed by Collier County's Sheriff's office, the Domestic Violence Unit, and, Florida's Dept. of Children and Families until they finally got a crooked judge by the name of Brenda C. Wilson to put me in jail just 6 weeks after I'd undergone a cervical spine surgery implant which caused the implant to fail and left me permanently disabled to date. It still took me more than 4 years to locate one set of the documents and then I discovered another set 2 years after that but, with the judges name stamped on them instead of his name handwritten.

Although I took my case to The Florida Bar, The Second District Court Of Appeals for Florida as well as suing the judges, attorney, Sheriff's Department, Florida Children and Families, and most of Collier County in the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, all the courts (or Judges I should state correctly), assisted the defendants in concealing the truth of the forged documents and have permitted this disgusting precedent to become law! Think about that. Any attorney can forge a document using the judge's name to make sure their client gets what they want, and, the practice is a legal tactic endorsed by Florida's State Courts, The Florida Bar (which is the State Supreme Court), and even the Federal Courts in Florida. I would have thought that it would be a serious crime but guess what? The FBI didn't give a shit and would not investigate the case. If the people of New York had any idea about how 9/11 actually "slipped" through the FBI's hands, they'd have their heads mounted on poles around the Twin Towers site until this day. But, that''s another story! FBI really means "Full of Bullshit Indefinitely!"

If anyone thinks that Rick Scott wants to become Florida's State Governor to help the citizens of Florida, YOU BETTER GET YOUR HEAD EXAMINED! I not only have the documents that attorney Rawson forged a judge's name on, I also have original documents showing how Doctors in Naples "change records" to defraud insurance companies. If Rick Scott becomes Governor, who do you think he'll be helping? The people of Florida or his corrupt friends in Naples? He's a 3 Dollar Bill folks. I'M STILL ALIVE, DESPITE YOUR EFFORTS TO KILL ME ON SEPTEMBER 6, 1996, AND THE MARCH 7, 2004 HIT AND RUN IN FRONT OF THE COURTHOUSE IN ARCADIA WHERE YOU ALL LEFT ME FOR DEAD AFTER I HAD THE SECOND CERVICAL SPINE SURGERY! I SURE LOVED THE CLERK'S RIDICULOUSLY ABSURD ANSWERS! I'M SURE SHE'LL HAVE SOME NEW ONES THIS YEAR.
