He has lied to the SEC, employees of the company, ignored sales fraud, ignored the future of the sales organization and ability to sell up to date and current products, as well as countless other forms of mismanagement that will result in a vote of no confidence at the next shareholders or union meeting once the employees purchase one single share of common stock.
